Heavenly Figueredo, NGA Bikini Pro (2018 prize sponsorship as Overall Bikini winner of NGA Thunder Classic)

Bio: I’m 31 years old and I’ve been into fitness for about 9 years now. I started with group fitness at LA fitness and became an instructor. My hobby soon became my passion. I continued working out through both of my pregnancies and had 2 beautiful healthy babies. They are now 8 years old and 3 years old. I continued with my classes and started digging into nutrition. After teaching classes i wanted to get into lifting weights. A place where i could put my headphones on and have time for just me. I soon fell in love with lifting and the results started to show. I was hooked. I’ve been lifting for 2 years now and this is only the beginning. I was introduced to many people at the gym and was introduced to the sport of competing. I said i would do just 1 show to have the experience and to say i did it. Well that was a joke. I was hooked and did 2 more since. And again this is only the beginning. I found my calling and what i love to do. I’m very blessed to have my husband and family to support me through this. So sit back and watch my journey unfold :)

Jehina Malik, IFBB Women's Physique Pro (2017/2016/2015/2014 sponsorship)

Bio: My name is Jehina Malik and I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor originally from Queens, NY. Now currently living in Brooklyn, NY. I am the only known bodybuilder and physique competitor that has been vegan since birth. This is a great accomplishment, as I grew up skinny and small with many against me to enter this field. Fitness is my life and my passion and my love for bodybuilding only continues to grow as I place in many competitions. My first show, I won the teenage division in 1999 when I started competing and it has only continued with many more wins and my most recent win at the 2013 a Eastern USA placing 1st in both the light weight body building division and first and overall in the women's physique category. Then in 2014, I competed in my first national show and earned my IFBB Pro card!

My next goal is to step on that pro stage next year with an even better package, breaking another stereotype by being the first vegan since birth on a pro stage!!

Christine Keefer, IFPA/NGA Figure Pro (2017/2016/2015/2014/2013 sponsorship)

Bio: Christine Keefer is an award winning Pro Figure competitor, Personal Trainer and Posing Coach.  Christine is trained in all aspects of personal training which encompasses individualized training programs, bootcamps and assisting her clients in reaching their full potential and empowering them with positive changes both in and out of the gym.  On top of competing and training she is a full time mother of a beautiful 7 year old daughter named, Amanda.

Mandy Kortkamp, Natural Figure Competitor (2017/2016/2015 sponsorship)

Bio: My motivation comes from being a mother of two and trying to be an example for others especially women, when they
feel like they can’t push themselves or that it’s too hard. So many moms put themselves 5th on the list of taking care
of themselves and they let themselves go and get depressed. They also have low energy and this directly affects
them and their mood but indirectly affects their entire family. If they were to take care of themselves first, this would
help them feel more confident and happier and would also have a more positive effect on those around them.

“I am building a fire, and every day I train, I add more fuel. At just the right moment, I light the match.” – Mia Hamm

Chara Dixon, NPC Figure Competitor (2017/2016 Sponsorship)

Bio: My name is Chara Dixon and I am 25 years old. I have always been an athlete and a competitor at heart. I grew up playing baseball, I was a competitive cheerleader, and I also did a year of track and gymnastics. My true love was baseball, but I eventually transitioned into fastpitch softball where I continued my love for the game throughout my collegiate years. I graduated Cum Laude with my Biology degree, and after college I felt lost without the competition, which is what drove me to weightlifting and eventually competing. I first stepped on stage in 2014 and I immediately fell in love.
I am currently working on my second Bachelor’s degree at Penn State’s Accelerated Nursing Program for my RN. I started this program in August, 2015 and I stepped on stage in November where I took 2nd in my open class at the Jay Cutler Classic in Baltimore. I took the last few months off from competing to focus my energy on my nursing program, but I am ready to come back and hit the stage! I graduate this upcoming December, so I will be prepping and competing while I am in my senior capstone. After graduation, I plan on taking the time to get my personal training certification and continue transforming my body through competing while I start my career working as an RN.

Mitzzy Davila, IFPA Figure Pro (2016/2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: As a 36 year old Single Mom of Two (2) wonderful kids, I never thought of ME.  It was all about my KIDS.

Until, I decided to do something for myself and my family.  BE Healthy.  I wanted to transform my body, my habits.  I wanted to be able to LIVE Longer.

I started my Journey in Fitness in 2013.  I simply wanted to prepare for a Fitness Show.  Well I sure did.  I competed in my 1st Competition May 2013, OCB Natural show – Placed 4th in Bikini Novice and Open.  Six (6) weeks later 2nd Competition July 2013, NPC Metropolitan – Placed 4th, again Bikini Open and  1st Bikini Masters.  I dieted for 6 months.  Needless to say, I rebounded from that Prep due to Restriction, countless hours of Cardio, depletion and simply not understanding, knowing about reverse Dieting . Was a Trophy worth all of the above?  I was DETERMINED to do what I enjoyed, Train and be a Competitor, in a Different way.

Until, I came across Flexible Dieting, counting Macros correctly.  Having a healthy balance.  Started Reverse Dieting Feb. 2014, bounced back, started losing Body Fat while increasing my Calorie intake.

I Competed Figure Division in Nov. 2014 in OCB Florida West Coast Classic, Placing 1st in Figure Novice and 3rd Figure Open, qualifying me for Nationals, IFPA Pro Card.  I Properly, Dieted down, slowly for                  16 weeks and Reversed Dieted up for about the same length of time.  I put on Less Body Fat this time around.  I was able to gain 10 pounds and gain muscle in a calorie surplus.

Currently, Ive been incorporated Powerlifting to my Training.   Competed in my 1st Powerlifting Meet

July 25th 2015, setting a Deadlifting PR of 245#.

Looking forward to a bright future in Fitness: Inspiring, Teaching and Growing.  Understanding that Transformation does not happen overnight, it takes time, patience and lots of dedication.  While, not exiling yourself from normality and excluding  your loved ones.  Success takes time and I will NEVER give up.  Thank you Lord ~  IG: Mrs_getfit  FB: Mitzzy Davila

Monika Robinson, IFPA Physique Pro (2016 Sponsorship)
Bio: My name is Monika Robinson, and I am 34 year old prior Marine SSgt. All my life I participated in sports but it wasn’t until after I ran the Marine Corps Marathon in 2013 that I decided to go the route of lifting. I hung up my running shoes and started to focus on lifting and building muscle. In 2014, after opening my boot camp, I was approached by competitors asking me if I competed and stated that I should really consider it.  After a year of thinking about it and trying to get over my fear of the stage, I decided that I should do it but only in the natural sector. I found my coach (Qawana Crockett) and became part of TeamForeverFit in 2015. I competed in my first show M.A.S.S. weekend and MPF in April 2016. I won my pro card and realized where my passion was. I love competing, being on stage and meeting fellow competitors and I can’t wait to see what this journey has in store for me.

Bio: I am an IFBB Figure Pro.  I began competing in the NPC June of 2013 and earned my IFBB Pro status November 2014.  My passion for fitness started well before I ever imagined stepping on stage to compete. I immediately fell in love with lifting weights and body sculpting. However it was just a hobby until I met another Figure Pro athlete (Elizabeth Maurice) at my local gym. After one conversation with Liz, I knew that I would compete and become a professional competitor. Since meeting Liz, I've entered 8 competition as an amateur and 2 competitions as a professional. This year my goal is to make it to the Olympia Stage and compete amongst some of the best competitors in the industry. Along with the knowledge of my coach, Johnny Casalena, and the support of my amazing family/friends I believe that this goal will be achieved.

Chiquita Nicole, NPC Bikini Competitor (2016 Sponsorship)

Born and raised in Orlando, FL with a strict Christian background and strong faith even today. I am in the Air National Guard and have been in the military for 8 ½ years now (starting out in the Air Force Reserves). I have 2 handsome sons, Isaiah (12) and Isaac (Zac-6). I’m a pretty reserved person so bodybuilding was a HUGE step out of the box for me, especially with my Christian background. I have always had a passion for fitness and in grade school I played several sports, to include volleyball, basketball and track & field. My alter ego and future brand is SASSYFIT and I came by that name because, though I am quiet and reserved, when it comes to performing and being on stage, my SASSY personality comes out. I am a LOVER of music and dance, which gets that sassy side to come out even more.

What got me into bodybuilding was by being approached about it. I was asked by one of my military colleagues if I had ever thought of competing in the NPC and was told that I would do well. I knew nothing about the NPC, so I researched it and came to love what I learned. I love a challenge so I decided to pursue it; never knowing that I would be as successful as I have been.

What I value MOST in life, aside from my walk with God, is my IMAGE. I feel the need for education and PURPOSE in life as well as MOTIVATION, AMBITION and DRIVE. I desire a STRONG support system; one who is there for me when I need it. I am faithful that I will come out on top because of God’s blessing and guidance, which gives me the strength and the ability to persevere and strive for the BEST that life has to offer me!

Candice Scott, IFPA Pro and 2014 DFAC World's Female Bodybuilding Champion (2015/2014 sponsorship)

Bio: I am originally from the Bronx, NY.  In 2010 I decided to check entering a bodybuilding competition off of my bucketlist.    I started training in August 2010 for my first show in October 2010.  I was determined to do the female Bodybuilding division, but my coach said I wouldn’t have the legs for female bodybuilding and that I should focus on figure. DFAC Worlds (Nationals) Overall Winner Oct 2014 - National Champion

Mary Gibson, NPC Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor (2015 sponsorship)

Bio: I have always had a true passion for fitness, I was a 4 year college athlete and after graduating with my degree in athletic training in 2012 I missed that competitive edge being an athlete brought to my life. I began my fitness journey in January of 2013, I was a simple girl who just enjoyed working out and staying healthy. However in January of 2014 I made the decision to begin competing, I found Bombshell Fitness to help me begin my journey. This journey has been one that has given me a lifestyle to be the best me possible. It has shown me the balance in a healthy and functional lifestyle. I have placed top 10 in every show I have competed in including Nationals at the IFBB North American Championships. I look forward to truly bringing the best me I can to that 2015 national level stage. I am honored to be apart of this Center Stage Family.

Jane Campbell, IFPA Bikini Pro (2015 sponsorship)

Bio: My name is Jane Campbell, I’m 24 years old and from a small town in Maine. I recently graduated from the University of Maine with my bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have always had a passion for health and fitness, however I lost site of that during my first few years in college. I was your typical party girl and gained 30lbs and my grades started slowly going down the drain. After being notified I was on academic probation I decided I needed to make a change. Not only to help me focus on school but to get my life together in general. I started getting back into the gym, mainly running and solely doing cardio. After losing the 30lbs plus more I started to get on another unhealthy path, obsessing over the gym. It was quite miserable slaving to the treadmill everyday! I decided I needed to yet again make another change and saw these girls that did bikini competitions on social media. I made it my mission to figure out how these girls were doing it. I attended my first show a year later and saw my now coach/ mentor compete and approached her that day. I began working with her, and competed in my first show a year after that in April 2014. It was the best decision I’ve ever made! I won my first show and completely fell in love with competing. It has created a balanced healthy life for me. I continued and won my next 2 amateur shows and won my IFPA Procard. I competed in 2 more pro shows after that and ended the season making it to the Yorton World championships placing 8th in the bikini short division. I’m so excited to see what the 2015 season has in store for me and completely over the moon excited to be working with Center Stage Posing Suits

When I decided to go through with competing, my father passed and what became the most devastating experience in my life was turned into a blessing in disguise because what started out to help other also helped me to focus my emotion and energy on something positive, competing. Jasmine Riggins,  Natural Bikini Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: Jasmine Riggins, 24, was born and raised in the small town of Fort Pierce, Fl. Having always been active as a dancer since the age of 8, at a young age she had grown accustomed to performing in front of large crowds. Athleticism had always had an influence in her life with he father being a college football player from Auburn University, and an uncle who competed in Olympic games, amongst many more athletically driven family members. Jasmine attended college at the College of Central Florida on a dance scholarship where she worked on her associates of arts degree in psychology. While working on her degree she married and settled down, only to divorce a short two years later. It was then that she turned to alcohol and party in for a few short months, and realized that she needed to make a change. January of 2014 she began to work out with no real personal fitness goals, just going to the gym as an outlet to release her stress and pain. After noticing the changes in her body and her confidence, it was in that very moment she decided to compete in a bikini competition. Jasmine first took the stage on November 8, 2014 at the NPC North West Flex Fest, placing 4th place in Novice and 5th Place in Open bikini tall class. Quenching for victory to become nationally qualified, she took the stage a few weeks later at the South Florida Bodybuilding Championships, earning 4th Place in Open bikini tall class, gaining her national qualification with NPC. Now a competitor of the OCB and new competitor of the NGA, Jasmine has taken home an additional two trophies in 1st and 2nd Place for open and Novice as an OCB competitor and will compete on her first NGA Pro qualifier with hopes of gaining her pro status during her 2015 competing season.

Bio: I am a university student and entrepreneur. In the beginning of 2015 I made a promise to myself- An active decision to stare my fears in the eyes and learn to utilize them to empower rather than cripple me. Rather than simply dreaming and imagining the "what-if's" of different avenues I wanted to pursue, I decided to act. I took the leap, adopted a “I can and I will” attitude (that still has to be reinforced on a daily basis!) and left my pursuits in the Human Resources field to begin building my all-natural and sugar-free candy company, Stevi-Sweets. Building Stevi-Sweets ignited the passion I never knew I had for allowing myself to live life to it's fullest through nourishing my body with genuinely healthy ingredients and shaping it into something I've never had before physically. Something within me clicked and I finally began to understand the body-mind connection. I began actually enjoying eating in a healthy way and for the first time in my life began viewing the gym as an opportunity to fundamentally grow mentally and physically every day. It was then that I decided I wanted to push myself and compete, so I found my amazing coach Kristin Hazzard and joined Team Fit Barbie- I'm now on track to crush my goals and step on stage in November for the first time! Maya Bhogal, First-Time BCABBA Bikini Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: With the completion of university last year, getting a job, going through some family struggles and being burdened by great deals of stress for the last few years, I decided that this year it was time to make a change and actually take the time to work on myself, for myself. Instead of using my past as a way of stumping my growth, it’s time to take the past and rework into empowerment and motivation for the present and future. I currently work with the school district as an Outreach Worker, targeting at-risk and vulnerable students. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, which I practice on the side. Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine as I grew up playing basketball and then eventually gained a love for the gym. As a first time Bikini Competitor, I want women to be inspired by other women, rather than suppressed by some cultural barriers that do not hold merit. Competing in a show is not just for the satisfaction of being on a stage or for a trophy, but rather a way to teach self-respect and believing in yourself to accomplish a goal. Not only does this build mental toughness, it builds character and self-confidence! My coach Kristin Hazzard @ Team Fit Barbie is an amazing mentor helping me to achieve my goals! Michelle Billig, National Qualified NPC Bikini (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: I’m Michelle, a military spouse, mom of three and an ACE Personal trainer and Health Coach with a passionate desire to become an IFBB Bikini PRO. For the longest time I was your average cardio bunny and I was extremely underweight because of thyroid issues when I decided to take up bodybuilding. In 2014 I decided to train for my first Bikini Competition. It was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. I adopted a healthier lifestyle, and worked towards building a stage worthy physique, I became stronger, had more energy, had more confidence and now I feel better than ever, no more feeling tired all the time or looking unhealthy. Now I’m following my dream to get my pro status, I’m still new to the competing industry and I’ve only done two competitions, but I’ve also taken away two 1st place trophies from both competitions and become nationally qualified in the space of 5 months. I like to believe that with hard work anything and everything is possible and that’s my mission…to work hard, pursue goals and make a name for myself in the fitness world. Dreams come true not by luck, but by persevering, committing and putting in hard work even when you don’t want to, and if I can do it, you can too!  Stay strong ladies :)

Laura Newton, NPC Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio:  I am a 46 year old  NFPT Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and a NPC nationally qualified Figure Competitor who is pro card bound. I have always been a gym rat and have dreamed of competing for the last 20 years. I finally decided last year (2014) that it was time. My first show in April of 2014 was the Southeast Classic where I placed 4th in a large group of women in over 40, 2nd in Novice, and 1st in my class.  My second show was the Bill Wilmore Classic in June of 2014 where I placed 2nd in over 40 and 2nd in open.  My third show was the Ruby Championships in September of 2014 where I placed 1st in over 40 and 2nd in my class. I was getting reading to do Nationals in Miami in November of 2014 when we learned my fiancé had stage 4 colon cancer. I had to put my competing on hold. I never stopped training. Working out with my trainer is my ME hour, my hour to just zone out and focus on me and forget the world. I took advantage of the time and just tried to put on more muscle. I love competing. I love the discipline and watching my body change. I want to be a role model to all women over 45....age is just a number. What the mind believes the body achieves.  You can find me on Facebook: www.facebook/laura.jean.007, Instagram @LJEAN_NPCFIGURE, Twitter @LauraJeanNewton

Therese Ruble, Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: I am a 40 year old wife, mother of 3, and a pharmacist. But, I have always been an athlete. I played volleyball and ran track and field through college. That was when I was introduced to weightlifting. I graduated from University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1998 with a B.S. in Pharmacy, got married, and started a family. It was post baby weight that got me motivated to start moving again. I became an avid runner. I competed in several 5K’s, ran 3 half marathons, and even tried a sprint triathlon. But, I was injured all the time. I went to a physical therapist that got me started on a weight-training program to strengthen my knees and hips. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed lifting weights.  So I decided to take my workouts to the next level and compete in Figure competitions. I love it! I am passionate about being an athlete and staying healthy. I want to be a role model for my 2 boys and little girl. I want them to see what healthy is and learn how to take care of themselves physically, as well as emotionally. My goals are to teach them about healthy competition, hard work, goal setting, and achieving their goals. I also want to inspire other women to work for their dreams and set personal goals. If you want something bad enough, it can happen. My next competitions coming up this fall, I want to bring a better me to the stage. I have been able to place in the top 5 of every show I have competed in the last 3 years.  My goal is to earn my Pro Card and continue to compete at the Pro level.  I am so excited to be a part of the team at Center Stage Posing Suits. Rachel Mercer, Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: Not many can say they love what they do. I am a 30yr old tattoo artist from Massachusetts and I have created a world for myself where I truly belong. Growing up dealing with depression/anxiety was never an easy task and I struggled for a long time to find myself. I spent many of my younger years "settling" because I thought that was all I was capable of.

I started going to the gym in college as a way to release my stress without continuing to be medicated. After college and working odd jobs, I decided to pursue my love of the arts and become a tattoo artist. It opened my eyes to an entirely different world where I could actually see myself. I have taken my love of art and fitness and developed this world for myself where I can continue to push my limits and succeed in what I once thought I was incapable of. I want to inspire others!

This is my first year competing, placing 2nd in both of my figure open and novice classes at my first show. I have an amazing coach and part of a great team of athletes! I look forward to my upcoming competitions and working towards competing as a physique athlete in the future. Hoping to eventually receive my pro card, whether it be in figure, physique, or both! Looking forward to what the future has in store! FB: /rachel.mercer85; IG: @rmercer85 2015-08-10-18.22.59-resized-copy.jpg

Cortney Parker, Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: My name is Cortney Parker and I currently reside in the small state of Delaware (Dela-Where?). For the majority of my life I battled different eating disorders- anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and macro restricting. Finally in 2013 when enough was enough I decided to hire a personal trainer and quickly fell in love with weight training. In February 2014 I attended The Arnold Classic in Ohio and was inspired to compete in my first figure competition. After competing in the Maryland/ East Coast Classic in June 2014 I was hooked and decided to compete again in November 2014 at the Jay Cutler in Baltimore, MD. Since then I have had taken a long 10 month off season to gain muscle mass and muscle maturity.  During this off-season I have realized how much I love every part of the bodybuilding process- from the off-season gains to the low carb cut. Even though I keep a pro card as a goal in the back of my mind, my biggest goals are to continue to grow, continue to become stronger, and most of all to inspire others to never give up! In 2016 I am hoping to hit some OCB and NGA stages to show my new physique. You can find me on Facebook: Cortney Parker Instagram: Cortney_Shae

Deliris Montanez, Natural Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Bio: My name is Deliris Montanez but I go by Dee. I am born and raised in Puerto Rico but since 2000 I have made El Paso, Texas my home. My interest in the fitness industry started back in my days of college where I became a certified NDEITA Aerobics Instructor.  Back in the day, I tought in several military bases and civilian gymnasiums to cover my college expenses.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Management.  Soon pursuing my PhD in Leadership in Organizational Development because of my 20 plus years in the Armed Forces as a Lieutenant Colonel serving in a Joint and Multinational Task Force in the Pacific. My civilian career interest has always been law enforcement in where I have served as a Detention Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Police Officer, and at the present time as a Federal Agent with the Department of Homeland Security. I started competing back in 2006 as an NPC Figure Athlete but several injuries acquired at work in 2006, 2011, and 2013 have slowed my progress down. Doctors told me my years of competing were over.  Back in 2012, I registered Dance for Dreams, a 501 (c) (3) classified as a Public Charity, and that gave me the purpose for me to surpass and work over my injuries.  I was tired of feeling sorry for myself and wanted more out of life.  The passion and drive I have for the nonprofit organization is what literally drives me.  I am a junkie for working out and sweat my stress out….it is my outlet for my well-being and my mental relaxation.

My ultimate goal is to bring awareness about the nonprofit organization at a global level and to find quality sponsors to support our youth scholarships.  I WILL get my PRO card as a natural competitor and will continue to inspire and motivate as many people as I can along my journey.

Jennifer Keller, NPC Nationally Qualified, Physique Competitor

I have always loved fitness and competition.  I was a college athlete and like many of us, after graduation, real life begins and our fitness journeys seem to fade.  I married and had 3 children who soon became my life.  I felt like I was missing something I loved and began working with a trainer.  I seemed to max out with my trainer and she suggested I train to compete as a bodybuilder. I knew nothing about the sport but knew I loved lifting and I loved competing so it seemed natural to give it a shot. I stepped on stage for the first time in March of 2014 and absolutely fell in love with the sport.  I have competed in 7 NPC bodybuilding shows and will continue to chase my dream of obtaining my Pro Card.  I work like many to maintain balance in my life juggling family, profession as a school teacher, and training for my upcoming shows.  I am chasing my dream and believe anything is possible when you put your mind to it.  You are never too busy to accomplish what you want to.  It’s just a matter of mentally deciding and then jumping in eyes wide open.

Cedrina Calder, IFPA Figure Pro (2015 Sponsorship)

My name is Dr. Cedrina Calder and I am a 32 year old physician who is originally from New Jersey. I never played any sports in school but began to develop a love for fitness after graduating college. When it comes to fitness, I like variety and have been involved in a number of different activities, such as, yoga, sprinting, long distance running, indoor rock climbing, and even pole dancing. I became more involved in weightlifting when I started doing Crossfit about 4 years ago. I began competing in bodybuilding just a year ago and initially started as a Bikini competitor. After two competitions in the Bikini division, I decided to transition to Figure after realizing that I was more suited for that division. In my first Figure competition I placed 4th in both Novice and Open at the NPC Baltimore Gladiator. Just recently, I competed in my second Figure competition at the OCB Presidential Cup and I was blessed to have won my IFPA pro card there. For the past year, I have not had a trainer and have completely trained myself. This has been an amazing learning process so I am truly proud of where I am today. I am lucky to have recently connected with Josepi Maese of 59 Athletics who is now my current coach and helped get me this most recent win. Through bodybuilding, I have acquired a passion for nutrition and started my own fitness nutrition company, FitDoc Nutrition LLC. I am excited to see what the future holds for me in the sport of bodybuilding and in the fitness and nutrition industry.

I am inspired daily by all the women at my gym who do everything from weightlifting, cross-fit, marathons, triathlons, mud runs, and show up every day and give it their all. I hope I inspire them as much as they inspire me. Staying consistent, getting stronger, winning shows is my goal, but personality, kindness, and being humble go a long way in this industry. I hope to make my family, friends, and most importantly my son proud.

Kristi Francis, Figure Competitor (2015 Sponsorship)

Kristi Francis - St. Louis, Missouri .  I have been passionate about fitness for over 20 years.  I decided to start exercising because I wanted a way to make myself feel better and change my body.  When I was young I always struggled with my weight.  I didn’t eat bad but was just a chubby girl.  I was made fun of by friends and family.  I was not happy with myself!  That experience is what inspired me to take control of my body!!

I started out doing aerobic classes in my early twenties and then in my thirties I decided I wanted to incorporate weights in my daily workouts.   I have been hitting the weights 6 days a week ever since and there is NO TURNING BACK!!  I have more self confidence, energy, and I love how my body has transformed.

What inspired me to become a natural competitor?  Well, I had always thought about competing since but always thought I wouldn’t have the time to commit.  In September of 2014 I met a amazing man and he inspired me to do it.  It wasn’t that I didn’t think I could do it.  I guess I just needed that little nudge along with his encouragement. Needless to say, I stepped on the stage and won 4 trophies! Now I am actively training hard and going to make another debut on stage in early November to get a 1st place Trophy and my Procard!

I’ve been in the military off & on for approximately 12 years now and I work in the Supply Logistics career field as a Computer Operations Manager/Security Manager. I have done runway modeling, commercial print, swimsuit, and my specialty now is fitness modeling. I have three college degrees: B.S. in Criminal Justice, Post Baccalaureate degree in Paralegal Studies, an A.S. in Logistics Management & currently working on Master's in Intelligence/Security Management & will seek my personal trainers certificate and nutrition certification during the off season. My first step was to become a natural pro bikini athlete. I’ve accomplished that at my third show. Then I wanted to be a successful natural pro bikini athlete. Since then I’ve done 8 shows in one year and took my competitive goals all the way up to the IFPA Yorton Cup and also the PNBA Natural Olympia! I made the top 5 at the Natural Olympia. Feeling accomplished, I have decided to take this natural bod to the NPC circuit for the 2014 season and shoot for my IFBB pro card, naturally.

Bio: I began my fitness journey 10 years ago when I decided to become a firefighter.  Since then I have learned so much about exercise and nutrition, and it is truly a passion of mine to model a healthy lifestyle.  I am the proud single mom of two beautiful children, and I hope to inspire others to be healthy and strong.

I have always enjoyed the aspect of competition thought my life. In high school, I participated in various sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, and track and field. I always knew I wanted to continue doing something fitness related upon graduating high school. Quickly I became consistent in the gym and became addicted to the positive changes that I was making with my physique. My first fitness goal was to prepare for a NPC Bikini competition. After debuting and placing first in my class at the NPC Northern Kentucky, I later made my way to the National level stage at the IFBB North American Championships. This is where I took first place in my class and earned my IFBB Bikini Pro Card. I have a goal to one day qualify for the Olympia and share the stage with the prestigious athletes of my class. I want to thank Center Stage Posing Suits, Lisa Thomas, Team Haines, and Nutrishop Hendersonville for all of your help, and support thus far during my fitness journey. I’m looking forward to year 2014, where I plan to bring my best!

Bio: A few years ago I decided that I wanted to look and feel better in my 40’s than I ever did in my 30’s.  Looking back to that time, it was clear that my ultimate goal was to begin living a healthier lifestyle.  As part of my journey, I found a trainer and began doing online research about health and fitness. My trainer encouraged me to look into the NPC and IFBB organizations.  The more I learned about bodybuilding and competing the more inspired I became to get on stage.  I competed in my first show in 2012 and I earned my Pro card at Team Universe in 2013, winning both Figure Open A and Master 35+ Figure A.  I am honored to be part of this big fitness family, and I hope that I can inspire and motivate others to do the same.
